Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even ... read more

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
