It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. I was able to completely relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable.
