Dr. Frank was very punctual and helpful during our visits. She assists greatly in helping to understand and recognize very complex relations between family, friends, and relationships along with all the accompanying emotions that may exist internally and externally.
I agree with the first review. The woman is all out the money.
During the entire session she stares at the clock while having her feet up on a stool. Her work attire is inappropriate. Her facial expressions are not appropriate either.
I would advise people in need of therapy to seek assistance from another provider. Life gets complicated & she simply isn't equip to assist. I suspect that she means well but she definitely should get more training. If you are serious about healing, coping, etc. please heed my warning.Things only got worse, not better, working with her. She doesn't give much feedback at all & she can ignore or miss significant events. I hope for the best for you. Please listen. I wish someone had told me before
