Chi was amazing to work with, and the ring came out exactly as we envisioned! We felt supported along the process from getting the custom design just right to making minor adjustments. It was nice also having someone look out for us and bring up things we wouldn't think about when ring shopping and making. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
Working with Serafina at Frank Darling was an incredible experience. Unlike other jewelers who tried to push whatever they had in stock, she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and guided us through creating two custom rings that turned out beautifully. The try on process at Frank Darling was so great. Lily, in particular, was fabulous and made the process so approachable. She picked out styles that she thought my girlfriend would want, and explained the next steps of the process. She was very proactive in setting up follow on appointments to view stones. Would highly recommend setting up an engagement ring essentials appointment with her!
