Could not have had a better experience with Frank Darling. I came into it not really knowing anything about what I wanted or how to approach the engagement ring process, and came away with a ring I look at 100 times a day. Working with Serafina was an absolute pleasure; she is so knowledgeable and knew how to turn the random ideas I had in my head into reality with zero hesitation or difficulty. I am so so grateful!!!
