Would not recommend creating a custom ring with them. The process was unorganized, drawn out, and it ended up taking months for them to even tell us that they couldn’t make the ring that we had exact photos & videos of. We made an appointment two weeks in advance to look at wedding bands, get a custom necklace made with a personal stone, and design a custom engagement ring using another stone we already owned. First issue: the confirmed appointment came with a Google Calendar invite listing the wrong location. By the time we tracked down the correct one, we were already running behind. My girlfriend & I visited Frank Darling on 5/24 for a ring consultation and had an incredible experience. Chi Dike worked with us and patiently explained everything that we needed to know about diamonds & settings as we went in with virtually no knowledge. She was kind, knowledgeable, and so great at explaining everything.
