Worked with them for my fiancee's engagement ring, and they were a pleasure. My designer, (Ashely) helped create a custom ring that matched all of my fiancee's preferences. Note that the entire custom ring process will take time (probs around 4-8 weeks) based on when you start researching for engagement rings to when you receive it, so start early!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with frank darling - every interaction with staff I’ve worked with has been incredibly friendly and warm, and it’s made the process really fun to pick out rings for my fiance and I. (Cheesy, but it felt more like gabbing with a friend over rings as opposed to being pushed into a sale). There’s a lot of options for customizations - I ended up going with a basic design but I’ve been wearing my engagement ring for about 8 months now and I’m still in love!

I worked with Serefina to find the perfect ring for me and she was so kind and helpful! In fact, the entire Frank Darling team was wonderful throughout the entire process. There was one small hiccup on their end and they immediately made it right and contacted me with a solution. The entire process was smooth and stress free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique ring!

I had a great experience working with Frank Darling; specifically, Chi Dike. I went to Frank Darling's showroom in D.C. and went over all the details with Chi. After chosing a ring and diamond Chi kept me in the loop on production every week. When the ring arrived, it was exactly what Chi had promised and what I had ordered. My fiancee was elated with the ring and loves that it was custom made just for her! Thanks, Chi and Frank Darling!
