Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

No, they were very calm and understanding Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
