Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
He is my primary care doctor. A few weeks ago I fell and later discovered I broke a finger. I called his office to ask if they could x-ray and treat me or should I go somewhere else? The nurse asked, "Did you do this at work or elsewhere?" Not thinking, I said, "I was walking toward my workplace." As soon as she heard the word "work," she told me that they did not deal with "workplace injuries" at all, and could not even discuss it because that could be construed as "medical advice."
