It’s been ten months since my right shoulder replacement and 3 months since my left. Dr Norbert did an excellent job fixing my arthritic, painful shoulders. His PA Kayla did an amazing job on the suturing, leaving me with a very faint scar. My physical therapist , Kyle from TCO in Vadnais Heights was a very good asset to help me recover my motion and strength. I have almost fully recovered on the right and am very close on the left. Dr Norberg has replaced both shoulders for me, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. My shoulders feel like they’re young again. My surgery restored all of the mobility that I had lost. He didn’t give me false expectations that it would be as strong as it ever was but that I would be able to do normal activities that I wanted to do. He & his staff treated me with kindness & respect. Their communication was very clear. Highly recommend! I traveled over 200 miles to see Dr Norberg & it was worth every mile.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate that Dr. Norberg was willing to try to help my husband who was having discomfort with all movement of his right shoulder. The surgery went well, our post op care was helpful every step of the way. The involvement of he and his staff in the recovery process was key to the progress and successful outcome.

I have had shoulder problems - and a car accident that tore up one of my shoulders - for a number of years. After my car accident, I was advised to have Dr. Norberg do the repair surgery (instead of the clinic/hospital to which I was taken at the time of the accident). Dr. Norberg is experienced, sharp and straight forward. He tells it like it is and is cautious in recommending surgery. I broke my shoulder in 3 places and this resulted in taking time to heal and lots of challenging physical therapy.
