Frank Adams is a beautiful store with a great selection. It is also one of those wonderful stores where everyone goes out of their way to make sure you find what you are looking for. Kimberly helped me with an issue I had with my ring, and she was absolutely wonderful. They also do repairs. A great gem of a store.
AWESOME experience. Everyone in this location was very polite and made sure that I was taken care of. Mary took her time to help me find the perfect gift! I've already been back to buy additional pieces. In a day where really good customer service is hard to find, these guys nailed it!
