Why does the bar allow people like this to practice law. Frank is a Florida attorney licensed to practice in multiple states. We hire him on a white-collar medical case after signing a plea agreement with the government within the guidelines the sentence was doubled at sentencing. A 57month sentence turned into 102months.

BEWARE! Frank wants to talk to you without your loving family members present so that when you get screwed you have no proof of his work. A strong sign of his deceitfulness.

Frank comes to visit you with his nice suit and catalog of previous cases. He tells you the story of how he defended Manuel Noriega and other drug dealers. What he does not tell you is that most of those trail cases he lost. He tries to get you to work for the government to get a reduced sentence. You can do that yourself and save $80k!! Worthless attorney.

Frankwent to visit my son 2 times in 8 months with my son!He only showed up to misrepresent my son on marijuana charge. He received 10yrs!!!! The high end of the guidelines. College student life gone down the drain for trusting this man! My son was smart enough to appeal the case himself and so far, has reduced the sentence by 3 years. Frank is very forgetful at 80 years old and needs to retire!

Frank Rubino took the money and did nothing! He preys on the vulnerabilities of a situation. Any Tax attorney could have handled my situation without prison time but superhero Frank manage to help get my grandfather 15 months in prison! Do not trust this guy!
