Went for a 6 month cleaning. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, good at deep cleaning teeth, always makes me feel comfortable despite an uncomfortable situation!
They provide a great service. I went in for my cleanup after several years since going to the dentist. They took their time, explained issues and procedures and when complete the difference was significant. I enjoyed being their patient.
I believe I covered that in the first novel I wrote at the beginning of the survey. Excellent job; keep up the good work!
My recent visit was great! Dr. Frangella is very personable and she is extremely nice! She lets you know everything that is going on in your teeth and explains everything in detail.
My experience with Fangella Dental has been wonderful. It had been a about a year since I had been to the dentist and I found Dr. Frangella through ZocDoc. The staff was courteous and understanding of my busy schedule. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. We're still awaiting information from the insurance company but the staff at Frangella has been proactive in keeping me updated. We all know how insurance can be!
Incredibly efficient use of time while still remaining highly personal. The staff always seems to calm the general anxiety associated with dentist visits.
My husband introduced me to this practice as he is a patient there. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but when I arrived they made me feel very much at ease, explained everything in great detail and took their time. I was very late to my appointment but they still fit me in with no ill feeling. They were friendly and very supportive and gave me advice on what to do to get what I want with regards to my smile without being pushy.
It's always a pleasure and pleasant experience coming to Frangella for a dental check up! Keep up the amazing work, everyone is so lovely and friendly!
I have never felt so assured about the billing and insurance coverage. I feel she (sorry can't remember her name), she knows what is covered under my benefits, explains everything that is covered and what options I have to do now or put off until next year. Even the dentist knows what my coverage is and helps me choose the best course of treatment to do now, to address my issues and maximize my benefits and keep my costs down! Never happened before! Thank you all!
