I love the outstanding sense of community that Franco’s fosters. Returning to the gym this morning was like coming home where you’re happy to see everyone ☺️ All measures of social distancing are being followed so lots of air hugs 🤗 it’s great to be back!
The weight room is incredible, the facility is clean and well kept, the mind body classes are incredible! I wish I had time for tennis, the facility and staff are wonderful
It's a really well run and friendly place. I love Tai Chi, Body Pump... I TOTALLY ADORE ZUMBA! Whole body workout, really fun way to exercise, friendly group, improves balance, rhythm, proprioception, core strength, flexibility, speed... But mostly it's just so much fun you don't even notice how hard you're working.
