The history of Franco's Athletic Club dates back to 1986 when Ron and Sandy Franco moved to Mandeville, LA with the hopes of purchasing the Bon Temps Club, a 28,000 sq. ft. racquetball and social club. They were successful in purchasing the club on April 4, 1988. The club was originally on two acres and had ten racquetball courts, a 1000 sq. ft. weight room, and outdoor pool, four tennis courts, and parking. I have worked at and been a member at other clubs before, but there is no place like Franco’s. It’s fantastic and I’m proud to work there now. It feels like family �!
