Literally force closed my complaint when the business I opened it on simply hand-waved away my complaint. Clearly the BBB is a sham institution in the pocket of big banking.
Jimmy is exactly what you want to avoid when you need a new roof or repairs done. He lacks knowledge, is not trustworthy and has no regard for the long term outcome of the job. Money is the only factor for him. Not providing quality work in exchange for said money.
This company laid down a third layer of roofing on a flat roof, further sealing in water. It caused extensive damge and required a full tear down and replacement of some of the plywood underneath.
