The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
