Dr. Felder is great. He is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Plus he's not to hard to look at either.
I love Dr. Felder's friendly-make you feel comfortable approach. His explanation are thorough and he actually listens, not talk over what I saying. He gives options that I can pick and choose, as opposed to this is what I am telling you -- take it or leave it. I highly recommend Dr. Felder!
Doctor felder is great, he cares for his patients! He looses 2 stars because of his staff. Unfurtunately couldn't say same about his office team. Bad service, faces all the time, it took a week of me calling after to get them to sent out my prescription to pharmacy and i still cant get them to email me my result. {Dora mistakenly sent the study of 2018 instead of 2020 and didnt sent my medicine out when she said she was. Had to call her twice after i went to pharmacy 2 times to be told nothing was called in from dr. Felder} ... read more
He has a great bedside manner but everything seems rushed. He doesn't take the time to thoroughly investigate the cause of your symptoms. Would not recommend him if you're looking for a thorough workup.
My experience had been horrifying ! I have been trying to talk to a human for two days to try to see if Dr Felder’s way of practicing fits my life .No human person is available to talk and for that matter even to make an appointment. After my previous GI retired, I was honestly hesitant to have another colonoscopy, but I bit the bullet and had it done today. Dr. Felder was FANTASTIC! He was thorough, kind and caring and he allayed all my fears and hesitation. He made what was understandably a nerve-wracking procedure painless and perfect and while I will say that I do not look forward to having to do another in the future as few would, I certainly do not have any reservations knowing that Dr. Felder will be my guy. Dr. Felder is great, can't be better!! But sorry, his office is a disaster...assistants are very rude and 1 hour waiting for the nurse after you see the doctor is just unnacceptable. Very irritating and unconsiderate.
Saw Dr Felder for what I thought was a serious problem but Dr was so caring or comforting -made me so much as ease until results were received
