I had a great experience with Dr. Albites and his entire staff. Front desk personel was helpful and professional. Dr. Albites listened carefully to my concerns without making me feel rushed. He took the time and explained everything clearly, and his recommendations were right on point. I highly recommend Dr. Albites and his office.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. The new office manager appears overwhelmed and consistently shows a very poor attitude. They do not seem to understand how to treat patients with basic respect.
The front desk doesn’t understand the first thing about insurance. How the hell do you work in a doctors office and don’t know the difference between an HMO and a PPO. Big red flag for billing issues. Didn’t end up establishing care, switched doctors immediately
