Coming here was my first time seeing a phychiatrist. Andrea Harris and the staff her are welcoming, friendly, and approachable. Ms. Harris has helped me walk through a door in life that has helped me gain my life back. I would have never thought my diagnosis was what she said it was but once she explained it, then it all made sense. I appreciate her mentality of lowest dose of meds as possible. They don’t care about your mental health. I went here and they did what every psychiatrist does. Send me somewhere else to get testing without the required referrals or info. It’s hard and embarrassing enough to get up and proactively try to get help without their incompetency and carelessness making everything harder. Put someone to work who cares and knows what they’re doing

Honestly, I wonder if the staff even has a sense of urgency with their patients. Incredibly hard to get the right person on the phone. Hang up the phone without even saying goodbye. Over all rude and has gone down hill since my longtime provider left. I called to get a medication refilled (the only one they fill) and they assumed I was talking about a controlled substance that they don't even fill. My primary care doctor fills that prescription.
