After a single endocrinology visit, I received two separate bills with two different office visit CPT codes (99204 and 99212) for the same date of service. I have a very serious rare Hypoglycemic condition, Dr Hancock is a very caring doctor. He takes time to ask questions and listens to your responses!
Takes months to get an appointment. If on waiting list, won't let you have an appointment if they say you need a 40 minute appointment and not a 20 minute appointment. Get text, act fast, first reply, first served. I'm there to see a specialist not a nurse practitioner especially on 1st appointment. Copay should be less to see NP but isn't.
Dr. Hancock always takes the time to listen and he has earned my trust and respect. Amanda, my nurse practitioner is amazing! She truly cares about her patients and I feel like she treats me like she would a member of her family. I've been a patient for a few years now and couldn't be happier with the care I've received.
