I felt from the time I spoke with the agent that I made the right decision. Little did I know that after a month or solving on the top floor would I get noise complaints for just walking in my apartment, AC unit that went out as well the unit was above the shower so the overflow left an iron stain in the tub. 3 times I encountered the neighbor and had to finally get curt. Unsafe and trashy – This complex used to be nice. However, too many changes in management and it has gone far down hill. It used to be a quiet, safe place with respectable residents. Now, it is majority black and you get to enjoy loud bass from the black people's cars vibrating your building at all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. There are people dealing drugs out of their apartments and in the parking lots at most of the buildings. You can watch them do it, they aren't secretive about it.
