Excellent experience! I received prompt attention, with no waiting. The staff were courteous, efficient and professional. Dr. Rausch diagnosed my condtion and provided me with follow up instructions which were very helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
as good as it gets Immediate care has no guarantee of being immediate. The night I visited this location, they were under staffed and had a room full of people waiting. I spent maybe two minutes with the doctor after waiting for 2 hours.
Not worth the wasted time Immeadiate care center didn't meet our needs and we ended up spending more on additional doctor care from the emergency room. immeadiate care center just fail my family by giving an incorrect diagnosis for my very ill child. This wasn't the first time I had this occure at this particular office. I should have known, but thought surly lightning wouldn't strike twice- ...and then it did.
