Great staff, very helpful and friendly
This is not healthcare, it’s healthcareless! I was given a mask type CPAP that blows air right into my mouth. They don’t tell you you can’t open your mouth with this mask. What happens is the air fills your gut full of air, giving you major gas pains when you wake up. Their answer was to take GasX before and after sleep. Then they remotely increased my air pressure. From the time I arrived for my overnight test to the time I left it was a disaster! From the info mailed to me, those who called me, then when I got there, were represented in 3 different things of what to expect. Very frustrating preparing and prepping my for my part as instructed and no one part of them was on the same page. I'm sure I would've slept better if the room wasn't ice cold, but nonetheless as I mentioned it, nothing much was done about it.
