I had a surgery scheduled for a Monday morning. Was told to arrive at 830, which I did and was directed to the surgery center. Went to sign in, and before we even seated, was called to register. After registering was called by my nurse before I even sat down again. Was prepped fir surgery and was ready to go in no time at all. Surgery was scheduled for 10 and was actually taken early. Communication between the various departments needs to improve! Nurses and Aides need to remember it was their choice to go into patient care, if unhappy, get a new job! Doctors seem to be overworked and not able to communicate to other dr's that are treating the same patient. My wife and I really feel like a number there. Hospitals are for healing and I don't feel like anyone really gives a damn at times.

My 3 yr old son needed dental surgery and all the nurses were so sweet and put all of us at ease.
