I saw Dr, Rschwalski for a painful lump on my shoulder, I had an MRI done August 1st. The office sid I could not schedule follow up until test is done. The report was sent August 10th. My return appt. is August 28th, I don't see why I have to wait til then for results. Dr. Rachwalski may even have to refer me to another Dr. Then I will have to wail longer. Not Happy
Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. The hospital canceled my daughter’s CT scan the day before because they did not get pre-authorization. When I called BCBS, I was informed it was the hospital’s responsibility to call for authorization and they had no record of a call. So he test was postponed 10 days, which is a problem as she is returning to teach school in Rwanda soon. Plus her CT scan cost $1571. The same procedure at Dreyer Advocate was $950 but she didn’t have time to drive 2 hours each way back ... read more
