My husband has a sleeping disorder and requires a prescription to stay awake. He has been without his medication for 8 days. He has been contacting his doctor, Dr Kaul for 9 DAYS (He can only fill his script when he is completely out- so he calls one the last dose. His Pharmacy will not fill a new prescription until she sends in a new script- which in all the previous times- her office calls or faxes it over.) While there, waited 5 hours to get taken to the hospital for heart problems. Only 1 ambulance to take patients. very frustrating experience . Staff did the best they could but had no way to transport me and I was not allowed to get a ride there.
Recommendednurses and doctor were on point. they were compassionate and patient focused. check in/out, wait and visit were all very reasonable times.
