We had a major incident with cardiologist Dr.Jay Schlaifer in the ER with my Mother. All the hospital did was try to smooth it over and say they were sorry. If a nurse had treated Mom the way he did her butt would have been out the door. I have zero respect for the man and never want to set eyes on him again. Sad part was one of the nurses overheard the whole conversation....but.what does that count for.
