My husband had an open procedure to replace a heart valve. He has received top rate care from every doctor, nurse, therapists, secretaries, and surgery coordinator! They have amazing protocols that put the patient first, but help the family understand what is happening and the why behind it!

"A patient cured, is a customer lost." I've never felt so illegally trapped IN an EMERGENCY VISIT... in my life. This is not the at Francis I've been to for 38 years. Yeah uhm don't do that again.

Terrible! They couldn’t make more mistakes if they tried. From the case mgmt to the doctor to the scan. Please find somewhere else to go if your health means anything to you. Thumbs down!!!

How worse it can get when I have a UTI and go to my primary care doctor who is with Franciscan health and he would not prescribe antibiotic because his office failed to do accurate urine test. I had all the symptoms frequency burning and my back and sides are hurting and they said the urine was clean and I didn't have infection. I left and went straight to urgent care and they ran another urine test in the same hour and the urine had red blood cells. A nurse gave me antibiotics.
