overall they were pretty good to me but one nurse gave me a shot and stuck that needle in HARD. that was 10 days ago my arm is still sore.

In pain for months, finally my PA, who had passed me off with acid reflux for 3 mo, sent me to Franciscan Indpls for CT scan. After scan left, got 5 miles from hospital, my PA called me said go bk to ER I had mass in lower stomach area & ascites(liquid build up). Ended up in hospital for 10 days, tl of 3 gallon fluid drained off me 3 separate times,surgery to remove fallopian tumor, fallipian tubes, ovaries,stomach lining, appendix & lymph nodes. Zero stars!!!! I have been here sine 6/23/2026, it is now 6/26/26. for 4 days I have not had warm or hot water in my bathroom, it stays cold in the bath and sink. I told the nurse about it, she stated she would tell the charge nurse. When I tried to call reception with the concern for maintainence, she said no warm water is allowed on Floor 6 West and told me to ask the nurse to bring me a basin or warm water (with a rude attitude, stating shes only a receptionist, and cant help). I came in during a miscarriage and was basically discarded. They would not do anything for me, and made me wait days before I even got a consultation with the obgyn and was told I could not get treatment unless I paid in full. That night I went to Eskenazi and was treated with empathy and urgency. St Franciscan sent me a bill of over $3,000 and did nothing for me. Eskenazi actually helped me and I was billed less than $1,800.
