Franciscan Health Central scheduling ultrasound department. I just talked to the most unprofessional receptionist of my life. Some training for phone calls need to take place. Dr scheduled something wrong. I was confused and she was very forward and rude about it.

Absolutely the most incompetent hospital I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor, and drive downtown to IU/Methodist.
Black woman in active labor was turned away and denied care, she delivered in her car 8 minutes later.
There is such a disconnect between central scheduling and the providers offices. Honestly scheduling should just be localized.
