Had both shoulders replaced in past in last 1 1/2 yrs.
Absolutely the most incompetent hospital I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor, and drive downtown to IU/Methodist.
Black woman in active labor was turned away and denied care, she delivered in her car 8 minutes later.
There is such a disconnect between central scheduling and the providers offices. Honestly scheduling should just be localized.
The receptionist and certain medical staff treat people of color very differently than other races...The lighter skinned people are treated much nicer, they are greeted and handled better. I should have looked at the reviews first.. But it's to be expected.. It's not my first time dealing with certsin biased behavior in this city. It's a problem also in Carmel, Fishers & Knoblesville area
