As someone who has worked at a hospital +5 years, I am in complete and utter shock at the lack of empathy the ER employees showed patients on the evening of Sunday, May 4th! If I could’ve given zero stars I would. My children were subjected to hearing the staff talk about patients information loud enough for me to also hear them discussing my information. We are beyong grateful for the team of nurses that assisted our baby boy Austyn. From the ER staff to the last nurse that discharged us. RN- Alison, Haley, Jennie. RT- Heather and Kim and the Pediatrics’s team in general, he had breathing treatments, they took great care of him and helped administer medication when he was in pain. Thank you once again for taking care of our little man while he went there his worse with having RSV and pneumonia.
