I was not a patient at l&d but the ed. However, after hours in the ed, no one brought me the pump I asked for on arrival. Once I was discharged, I asked for literally any clean receptacle to hand express into while waiting for my ride. Shrugs and attitude. Desperate, I made the walk to women's and children's. They not only provided bottles, but a clean, quite place to express that wasn't a bathroom. Courtney and Molly on the night shift at the front desk are amazing and both deserve a raise.

As someone who has worked at a hospital +5 years, I am in complete and utter shock at the lack of empathy the ER employees showed patients on the evening of Sunday, May 4th! If I could’ve given zero stars I would. My children were subjected to hearing the staff talk about patients information loud enough for me to also hear them discussing my information. I sent my children home so that they would not have to hear the staff being disrespectful instead of empathetic towards their patients. I had about 10 people on my care tea... read more

We are beyong grateful for the team of nurses that assisted our baby boy Austyn. From the ER staff to the last nurse that discharged us. RN- Alison, Haley, Jennie. RT- Heather and Kim and the Pediatrics’s team in general, he had breathing treatments, they took great care of him and helped administer medication when he was in pain. Thank you once again for taking care of our little man while he went there his worse with having RSV and pneumonia.
