Recommendedthe Dr was so sweet and fun. the nurses were very kind and understanding. they are facing constant danger right now and I felt comfortable and safe based on the positive vibes they were all putting out.
I walked into an empty waiting room with 2 nurses behind the counter, I had to wait about 5 minutes for one of them to come over and start processing me. I was there for an ankle injury, you'd expect a wheelchair, right? Nope. I had to hobble back to my room, with the nurse walking quite fast in front of me. I had to walk to the xray room, then just got pointed back to my room. The doctor was the only friendly interaction I got through my whole experience. I'm thankful I live up North and have compassionate staff here.
They were fast and super friendly
Staff is friendly but forget getting any real assistance from a physician or should I say a nurse practitioner! They want to run a lot of tests and run your bill up and then not prescribe anything even if you have an upper respiratory infection. Physician had a very condescending attitude. Never will come here again and will follow up with dispute with insurance company.
nurses and doctor were on point. they were compassionate and patient focused. check in/out, wait and visit were all very reasonable times.
Rude doctors, rude staff, constantly have to wait forever when there’s nobody in the waiting room. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Very slow. My son got hurt at work and has had to follow up 3 times with this place and was told he should have already been referred over to a specialist. Last visit we were in the waiting room and they called people back who came in after us because they lost his chart.
