I tried the dungeonous crab melt. It was delicious. The staff was friendly PLUS they validate your parking so you can enjoy the pier without paying an arm and a leg to park.
I love the service throughout my time there. I very much enjoyed the customer service.

Extremely disappointed! Terrible service, very high prices on everything, bad selection of shellfish, nasty bathrooms, hard butter served with the bread, had to ask three times for drawn butter for my crab, and they vacuumed under our table and hit my feet before we even paid our ridiculous bill. It looks and operates like a 50’s diner, not an expensive seafood restaurant in the city. The view was the ONLY good part of our experience.
Crab chowder was amazing and the bread was delicious and the merman Island Ice tea was good

Great crab factory service! Shame had high hopes but it’s really a machine rather than a dining experience - still have to go to tick it off the list.
Order the crab fondue, it will NOT disappoint.. I loved it. We ordered the Crab platter and shrimp to share. The crab was great but the shrimp didn't taste good.. not sure what happened.. All in all it was a great view and great crab..
