Overall experience is okay. I think it’s worth mentioning they treated me with a mood stabilizer, later I went to different psychologist and it turns out I don’t have a mood disorder. I’m autistic & have ADHD. I wish more places, like this one evaluated people for autism & adhd to rule it in or out.
The reception staff here need to change there tone and the way they handle people calling. People that call for counseling, are obviously going through stuff in life, therefore need to be respected and treated kindly over the phone!
I would give it a zero if possible. I’m an established patient, but I haven’t been in a few months. I called today to schedule an appointment and they would not schedule me an appointment. They said they are not scheduling patients due to a shortage of staff. I wonder how they choose who they do schedule now. Mental health is no joke. I’ll definitely be pushing this up the ladder.
This place is an absolute joke! No care given to those who actually need it. Highly incompetent! Stay away! These people are whacked!
