When I moved into Francis place I was assured that there were NO SEX OFFENDERS ALLOWED to live here in the building or to even visit. I was assured that there were EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS done to make sure. I had to find out the hard way that that was a lie. I love this place but I am absoloutley disgusted with SOME of the staff here because they are protecting someone after sexually assaulting me rather than my best interest which says a lot. Someone took my clothes out of the dryer, separated all of my panties from the original load which shows all they wanted was to touch my panties which then shows he did it for sexual gratification. Tenants litter, and have uncontrolled aggressive dogs, any calls to ask staff to remedy the situation will be ungraciously received and no improvement will be made. They make for pretty terrible neighbors, I can’t imagine living there. Catholicism at it’s finest.
