I had an exam and cleaning schedule for 8:00 today. I booked this appointment in mid May. They called Tuesday of this week to reschedule to 9:30am. No problem. I arrive at 9:20 with my new insurance which they almost did not take because of the card it came on. I was not seen until 10:00 am (no update while I waited), my X-rays were taken but then once again nothing happened until 10:30 when the exam started. I went into Francis Park for a tooth extraction because I was having a severe tooth ache in my right side-top molar that’s broken due to my wisdom tooth growing right next to it. I’ve had the same procedure done on my left side at a different place. Francis Park told me that the tooth was too complicated to extract and that I will need to have it surgically removed along with all 4 of my wisdom teeth. So I paid $95 for them to do nothing. So listen, I don't always do the surveys even though I have always had wonderful experiences at FPD. wow, I've had some bad experiences with dentist, but I would have to say. Francis Park Dentistry was amazing. The staff and Drs were awesome. There was no pain at all, so they will see me again for all my dental work and i would definitely recommend them for anyone that need dental work.
