They were able to custom make the exact engagement ring that I was looking for, re-using some family jewellery in the process. The ring turned out exactly the way I wanted it to, and was a fair price for custom done work.

We visited Francis Jewellers this week while shopping for wedding bands. My fiancée and I have been visiting several jewelers recently, and unfortunately this was the most uncomfortable experience we’ve had.
