I took my 34 year old diamond bezel ring to Francis Jewellers to repair a damaged setting. I was quoted $896 to rebuild both sides of the bezel. I trusted their reputation and paid the premium price. I picked the ring up July 8th, but because my finger was badly injured from the initial accident, I couldn't actually wear it until this week.
