We had the best experience getting our engagement ring here! We found a gorgeous 2.5ct radiant cut diamond at a really fair price, and the whole process felt so easy and comfortable. The private setting made the whole process feel so comfortable and exclusive, like it was just about us. No chance to get this anywhere else! I brought in a very special bracelet for repair, and the whole experience was wonderful. The staff (thank you so much, Emma!) were kind and attentive from start to finish, and the repair was beautifully done—faster and more affordable than I expected. The shop has such a lovely atmosphere, and I truly feel the jewelry I buy or repair here carries positive energy. Highly recommend!
Had my gold necklace repaired here, has the top end of gold repair but this was a sentimental piece for me so I didn’t mind paying it if it meant the service was going to be of high quality. I had the necklace for about a month and while I was wearing it snapped right the the same part they repaired. Super unfortunate and tried to contact them but never got a responds. Don’t waste your time here better off shopping around for repair services atleast when it comes to chains
The worst place I have ever had the discomfort being taken advantage of. I was a very advid customer to the watch place at the bay center due to having a plethora of watches. $37.60 for just a battery replacement. To find out a block away it would have been 6-10 dollars. Poor form and disgusted at their clearly absurd pricing. You should be ashamed to think that obviously I was a tourist. By all means make money but I have the receipt that I'll be glad to share so nobody else is subjected to your one way street shenanigans. ... read more
