His office was not prepared for my appointment and neither was he. I was there over 2 hours for a neuro consult. His office neglected to send me their packet of info for me to fill out, for my medical history. I had to fill it out while there. Dr. Ferraro did not receive all of my mri disks and reports. If he did not receive everything he needed, he should have rescheduled my appointment instead of me sitting there for over 2 hours. In level 8 pain in 2/3rds of my body. I thought he was nice and to the point. He asked me questions other doctors didn’t ask and told me right away what can be done to alleviate my pain.
This man is a poor excuse for a man that is called a doctor. His bedside manner is horrible. He spent, at the most, 7 minutes in the exam room with us. He was arrogant and made us feel less than inferior when we left the appointment.
