Francis was great! I was having a lot of issues with my insurance, State Farm, and once I dropped my car off at their shop, Francis took care of everything and dealt with them for me. Their customer service was great and they kept me updated on the status of my repairs through calls and text messages. The repairs were done quickly and my car looks amazing!

I saw the job that this company did to my boyfriend's car and wow! His bumper was damaged due to being in an accident, but they repaired it with great customer service and in a timely manner. This place is very professional and we will refer back to it if anything ever happens again!

Took my car in last week for repairs, when I picked it up on Friday I noticed some scratches on the roof that were not there when I took it in, so showed it to Jesse and he said no problem, bring it in next week and I'll take care of it. Took it in on Tues. and 4 hrs later they had it done, perfectly. I have been using Francis for over 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work and any follow up, if their was any questions.
