With a laser, I got my cataract removed, my astigmatism corrected, I could see reading and driving without glasses, and I had my glaucoma repaired with a stent, all accomplished by Dr. Clark with 1 surgery. I couldn't ask a very kind, perfectionist surgeon for better care.
Everyone I encountered today from the front desk and staff were incredibly compassionate and thorough. The entire process took longer than I budgeted time for but I came away thinking I just had the most thorough comprehensive exam of my life. Dr Clark was totally focused on me and gave me a lot of his dedicated time.
Dr. Clark is thorough and explains medical conditions in layman's terms. Not only is he an excellent doctor, he is also friendly and enthusiastic. His entire staff is professional, caring and they show genuine concern for his patients.
I cannot envision a much better experience and a more improved outcome. Dr. Clark is an exceptionally caring, laser-focused and detail-oriented doctor. To be both altogether professional and warm simultaneously is not common these days. The surgery was quick, painless, and brought about crystal clear vision and a world more beautiful and colorful than I realized. If the event you discover you need cataract surgery, Dr. Clark is the one.
Extremely professional and informative
I an very pleased with my eye surgery. Dr. Clark was patient with all my questions and explained the eye procedure in detail. The staff work efficiently, politely to complete all the tasks in preparation for the the doctor. Kudos to Dr. to Dr. Clark and the entire staff.
I am forever grateful to Dr Francis James clark for taking over my care after a previous eye surgeon was pushing for cataract surgery for 3 years now. On each and every visit. I was not having troubles, but he would ask his nurse to schedule the surgery ASAP, and just walk to of the room. No time for questions for this "Busy" ophthalmologist. My post-operative visit after cataract surgery was like all my encounters with Dr. Mandava's office - outstanding. First, as to the surgical result - my vision is now 20/25 - one week after surgery. I haven't had better than 20/100 vision in 60 years. Then, the care is outstanding. Dr. Mandava is competent, caring, patient, and friendly. His staff reflects this competence. They're efficient, knowledgeable, and cordial. Great experience.
