I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. I've managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment. The staff is great and has a fabulous bedside manner. I'm a RN myself and very impressed with this facility.
I have been seeing Dr Francis Clark for several years and have found him to be always professional, available, and competent. He truly cares for his patients and always strives to do the very best for them 100% 0f the time. Totally committed to you if you are his patient.

In spite of being over 30 minutes late, I was warmly received by this practice and eye doctor. And in spite of being busy, Dr Clark performed the most thorough of eye exams. He gave me all the time I needed as I had a long list of questions. As a 1st time patient, I was very impressed. I have found the eye doctor I have been looking for after 10 years of finding answers.
If anyone ever need eye care they would be the Dr I would refer them to. Hands down, the kindest of doctors I have ever seen.
Dr Clark and the entire staff are top-notch. Every person treats you kindly. They have every tool and specialist imaginable at their disposal and on their team. My cataracts were removed this month, and my vision is improved to a degree greater than I even expected. The follow-up visit with Dr Clark was a life transforming. Thank you to each person involved.

Both the initial testing phase and the actual cataract surgery are run very efficiently and respectful of my time.
