The entire staff was awesome. I was so scared for my cataract procedure and they did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. Such a personable group of people! I’d recommend anyone and everyone to go to Dr. Clark for their cataract procedure.
Dr. Clark and everyone associated with his practice are very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I have received nothing but great care and respect from them. Dr. Clark is passionate about the eyes and always on the cutting edge of new treatment options and services. Would recommend to everyone looking for a new eye doctor office.
I had never been to an eye doctor visit like Dr Francis Clark. He was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I also felt like it was a thorough visit and there wasn't any sense of haste during my examination. Just a well orchestrated, quality exam with caring people. I'll absolutely be returning to see Dr. Clark for my eye exams moving forward.
My experience was great. Dr. Clark was God sent. He was very thorough and I have had no issues. He used cutting edge technology called ORA, apprently one of only a select few in the area. Years ago I had a cataract removed from my left eye by a different eye surgeon and I had issues issues and blrry vision ever since. Dr and staff made eye surgery almost enjoyable. No discomfort during or after the procedure. Great doc. Nice guy. Great combo.
I am over-the-moon happy with Dr.Clark . My surgery was on Monday and by the next day I am very, very happy. He is personable, polite, informative, and really, really knows his job. I would highly recommend him. Nobody in this office rushes you and they all treat you like a human being not just a number.
Great, caring staff and Dr Clark is the best. Great "bedside manner" and took plenty of time to explain my procedure without ever making me feel he was in a hurry. The day of surgery the OR staff @ Wills did a great job of making sure i was comfortable and answered any questions i had. Great folks. I pull back 1 star as the wait time could be better at times.
The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Francis Clark took time with my exam to provide details to answer my questions. The service provided is excellent and the wait time is minimal.
Dr Francis is a brilliant individual . He is a kind, caring extremely educated physician who takes a lot of time as needed to explain what is new with your eye condition. I have glaucoma, had no clue. He diagnosed it, and he remedied it asap. I had a cataract, he removed it with precision. Francis simultaneously corrected my glaucoma with a Stent.
