I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. Within a couple minutes I was called back. For the next hour, i was never alone. Two pleasant, personable and professional nurse/technicians alternated in my testing. They took their time, explained what they were doing and answered every question i asked. They were never impatient or condescending. I could tell they both seemed to love their jobs. Then Dr Francis came in and he was the same way. I have never felt so comfortable and reassured in a medical facility.
My experience as a patient of Dr. Clark has always been great. He addresses all my concerns and is thorough. He’s professional and kind. The offc staff is friendly and helpful.
5 star Doctor and staff. Sent me to the emergency room based on my vision problems. I wound up having a stroke & had a procedure that night that saved me. I have since had surgery, and I have been seeing Dr Clark ever since & couldnt be more pleased. Besides being a good listener, a previous eye doctor blew me off totally, Dr Clark is an excellent clinician & a very good person.
Dr. Clark not only has excellent skills and experience, he also has superb bedside manners. I am thrilled with the results and I am grateful to him and his caring staff. Love my results.

The total experience in Dr. Clarke office has been excellent. Friendliest staff, awesome doctor, no more than 20 minute waits. Very thorough doctor. Staff always goes above and beyond to help their patients. The medical assistants are very sweet and the front desk is very professional. Been going to Dr. Clark for many years and wouldn't trade him or his staff for anything.
