I amazingly delighted in my visit with Dr. Francis James Clark, M.D.. He come in washed his hands, and begun a discussion with me. Felt patient safety & protection was paramount. , and I felt we had known each other for a long time. He effectively tuned in to me, and what driven up to me arriving at his office. The triage nurse was very kind and accomadating & got me into the office on the day I called. I was in and out of Dr. Clark's office in an hour. The staff was very sweet and the doctor, Clark, seemed genuinely concerned with my condition, and had a compassionate heart. Just needed to share my wonderful experience.
I am very pleased to have found Dr Clark. He saw me as a brand new patient, opening his office to see me as an emergency in these crazy times. He found herpes in my eye and treated me most kindly. Te world is a better place with doctors like Dr Clark.
It is 2 am in the morning. I just left the Springhouse office of Dr Francis Clark, ophthalmologist. I called my longstanding ophthalmologist earlier for eye pain, severe eye painI was told they could not see me because of the "coronavirus outbreak" & told me to go to the Emergency Room. Not happening for me. I called all around & found this most caring ophthalmologist. Dr Clark performed emergent laser surgery on me for acute attack of glaucoma. He spent 5 hrs with me. This office makes an incredible job. Their amicabley staff truly cares and respects their patients. They endeavor treat you like family. Most offices and doctors care more about their bottom line rather than doing right by their patients. This office does a fantastic job. Their friendly staff truly cares and respects their patients. Very nice place. Dr. Clark was a pleasure to meet with and provided me with a great solution. He really seems to care and saw me on a Sunday to make sure my eye was healing. I really appreciate this act of kindness.

Dr Francis Clark and staff are amazing. Highly recommend, short wait times and Dr Clark doesn’t rush your appointment. I am amazed by the time spent with me and his patient rapport. The technology used to examine my eye was just incredible.
Dr Francis Clark is a totally awesome eye doctor that you can really talk to. Very easy going and really listens to his patients, and is very understanding. He's been my eye doctor for years and really goes above and beyond. I'm very grateful
