My dad had a Colonoscopy yesterday [Wed. 10/7/15] and told me that you guys, especially your IV Nurse, are the best, nicest and most competent people he has ever had the pleasure of working with at Kaiser or anywhere else. You made a potentially stressful and uncomfortable procedure not only completely pain free, but he actually felt cared for. Whatever you're being paid, it's not enough. Thank you so much!!!
