I would like to first apologize for a review I left for Dr Ben I have not always been overweight and have not always had health issues I bought a lot of this on myself and it kind of hurt my feelings when Dr Ben told me that if I lost weight maybe people would take me seriously boy was he correct and that was the truth I really had to sit back and think about what he said maybe delivery was a little harsh but it was the truth I need to lose weight to improve my heart health I used to run play sports hiking in a family that's... read more
