Please believe me when I say I am terrified of the dentist. I will always be terrified. I rarely go (once every five years) because I am genuinely scared. Having said this, I visited Dr. Frank Flanagin for the first time last month. On the first visit, I had a simple and painless cleaning (I will always find it uncomfortable and I hate it, but the cleaning was made easier to handle because of the very personable and caring hygienist). They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
