The female manager who worked today is very rude. No customer service skills at all. Called 3 hours ahead and they messed up our whole order. First and last time ordering here.
Awful customer service. Employees are rude and my whole Order was screwed up. I highly suggest a different pizza place in the area.
Hard to beat $7.99 cheese pizza. We really like their pizza on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday when it's $7.99. Good service usually, nice bread if you eat in and good pizza. That's all we've had as a family but I like the stuffed riggies too.
My husband and I frequent Francesca's and have always enjoyed the food. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. My husband was in line and I sat down at a filthy table. I had low blood sugar. I proceeded to clean the table and dry off while waiting for my husband to order. A lady behind me did the same thing. After about 10 minutes a server asks me if I have someone in line. Ordered two chicken riggies w/vodka sauce. Not only were they terrible it was the worse I've ever tasted... I would not order there again trust me..
Ate there last night with some girlfriends. I had lobster ravioli which were fantastic! We split a Utica greens and garlic knots. Also delicious. My friends had lasagna and stuffed rigatoni. All were amazing. Thank you for a great meal!!!!
Not a very good experience at all... I don't think that I would be revisiting this place again
