Delicious Italian food that is served as quick as a McDonald’s fast food. It’s almost unbelievable how quick they make such great tasting food. Great staff and excellent service!
Good food, but customer service is terrible. Phone folks are very very very rude. My food arrived after 1 hour 30 minutes, cold. They hung up on me and when I called back they hung up on me again. I live in Liverpool and there is no excuse why food should be bad quality upon arrival. Had to call back from a blocked number just to get through. Horrible. Very disappointed in the service we didn’t get when my family walked in. We were seated all 14 of us and that’s about all we got. We didn’t get so much as would you like beverages? We sat and waited and waited and got nothing. So we decided to get up and leave as we walked out of the restaurant the employees all said whatever with big smiles on their faces.
I'm a regular and had pizza and wings delivered quickly. Perhaps they were extra busy but my pie was very very thin. Made a phone call and they sent me another pizza. Thanks for the great customer service!
I love this place. The food is always awesome. I like to go to the main restaurant downtown but this is just as good but without the atmosphere.… And price.
