I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr Fran. I actually have never been to a doctor as competent as her. She is unbelievably patient, very thorough and has a great personality. My surgery was top-notch. And her staff (Dr Fran sets a great example), are all excellent. Her assistant Sam, is superb. They make a doctors visit something to look forward to.
PA Sam met with.me and went over all my questions and xrays. Dr Swartz then met with me and was able to give me the necessary injection and told me to call whenever I was in need again!
Dr. Fran came in to see me at the hospital on a weekend and did my surgery on a Sunday night. She has a wonderful way of putting you at ease .. I can recommend her with the utmost confidence. PS.. she is a cat lover.
I saw Dr Fran for a second opinion on my hip replacement. I found her so different from the first surgeon I’d seen. She was ready to treat the whole patient, not just my hip. The surgery went well and now I am on my way to a complete recovery.
I was blessed to have Dr. Swartz as my surgeon! Besides her being an excellent surgeon her beside manner and communication was nothing other than amazing. She took time not only to make sure I understood everything but my family as well.
Surgery (6 yes ago) went well and I got back to normal within a reasonable time. Now I am having the same problem and pain. Need to do something soon.
Very easy to talk to, answered all my questions clearly and an all-around pleasant visit.
Dr. Fran is great. Shen did both my knees and now is working on a shoulder injury. She is one of the best doctors I have had. I trust her with my health care,
Absolutely the best doctor i ever had. She listens! She listens! She listens! She is always personable and competent. I only wish there were more like her! Caring, knowledgeable and makes sure you understand all the steps she takes in your care.
