Had total knee replacement. Pain horrible. She got paid. I was left w/o alternatives for pain control.Poor planning by doctor to aleviate pain relief. Lots of alternatives but doc didn't care or suggest.
as usual, Dr. Fran was helpful above and beyond.
Excellent visit but poor follow through with insurance and pain management.

One of the best doctors I have ever been treated by took all the time to answer all my questions discuss options and she has the best bedside manner I felt safe and comfortable with her I trust her completely
Outstanding surgeon - always takes time to explain everything and answer all questions. Stephanie is also a wonderful addition to her staff. Both are skilled, thoughtful and caring.
Great Doctor, even greater human being!
I saw Dr Schwartz about 2 years ago for a shoulder injury which was resolved quickly. Now I have a knee problem for a second opinion but can't get in even though they accept my insurance. It's not the Dr's fault, I can't get past the scheduling desk b.s.
I reccomend her all the time. Shes wonderful and also Stephanie.
