Both Dr. Fran and her Assistant Stephanie are very encouraging and extremely positive. They make you feel so special while under their care. I am truly pleased with the results of my hip replacements.
My experience with Dr. Fran Schwartz is that she puts the needs of her patients first.
The doctor came charging into the room sticking her elbow almost in my husband and my face almost stating this is the new hand shake along with another medical staff person in a very overwhelming manner with me as a new patient. The other staff member hopped up onto the exam table with her tablet. They both came across very rude towards me. Very unprofessional. Sorry I will not recommending this office or doctor to any one seeking an Orthopedic Specialist Check out staff member was also rude

Dr. Swartz listens to all your problems, & together you decide on the best care. She is a fantastic surgeon, caretaker. & always does the absolute best for her patients, She is a definite 10 all the way. She always makes each patient feel she is concerned about their needs. Would recommend her to all my friends
She is friendly, shows empathy, explains very well the problem and issue. Always has a smile.
