Frances did a fantastic job with the preparation and sale of my home. My ex wife wrote a review stating otherwise because she felt out of loop while currently living on the other side of the country. Its pretty easy to feel out of the loop when the only thing you need to do is wait for your proceeds check. I wish I could be one of the folks who leaves a five star review, but sadly, my experience wasn’t stellar, nor was it even acceptable at times. From the start, I felt she had a chip on her shoulder with me because she wasn’t the first realtor I had hired. Frances is an awesome realtor. She will go to bat for you, and make your purchase/sale goes as smoothly as possible. Real Estate can be complicated and stressful but having Frances in your team makes it much less so! Would 100 percent recommend her to my friends and family.
